5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Velluray is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Items:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Velluray is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) immediately to file a claim.

  3. We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist with your claim.
