  3. You are not legally restricted or barred from obtaining our items under any applicable statutory regulations, international rules, or local laws.

You agree to buy and utilize all merchandise secured through Velluray in strict conformance with these terms and all governing cross-border and local laws (collectively, “Laws”). You assume exclusive accountability for aligning your purchase with the regulatory demands of the target jurisdiction to which your packages are shipped.

This tool allows you to check standard pricing and add products directly to your shopping bag without entering the product's main page. This feature is provided strictly for customer convenience. 3. Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to display accurate pricing across our entire inventory, digital mistakes can occasionally happen. Velluray is under no obligation to fulfill an order if the price listed on the storefront was incorrect due to a system glitch or clerical oversight. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order, reverse all charges, and notify you of the error via email. 4. Inventory Availability and Logistics Projections
